A-D Kay Publications legacy in Accra Accra, Ghana · Est. 2015

Publishing as Legacy

A-D Kay Publications was founded on the lifelong passion and unfinished vision of Kojo Ampem Darko, a teacher, writer, and self-publisher who dedicated himself to supporting fellow African authors since 2015. His formal plan to launch the company was interrupted by his passing in 2024.

His son, Nana Kwesi Safo, has taken up the mantle to realise this legacy. We are a fully digital, mission-driven publishing company that empowers African authors with end-to-end professional services while projecting authentic African stories to the global stage.

Every book we publish honours African ideologies, preserves cultural values, and drives literacy, inspiration, and positive societal impact.

02
